If your product doesn’t operate as advertised or includes features that don’t match its description, please reach out to us so we can help.


Before submitting a claim:

  1. Review the product manual or included documentation, as some items may have specific setup steps.

  2. Confirm that all components (batteries, adapters, cables) are properly connected or installed.

If the issue persists:

  • Contact support@touchofmodern.com within 30 days of delivery.

  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video demonstrating the problem.

We’ll work directly with the supplier or manufacturer to confirm whether the product is defective or incorrectly described and advise next steps.


If verified, we’ll arrange a replacement, refund, or warranty referral as applicable.
