Your order number
A clear photo of the item you received, including the packaging label
A brief description of the issue
Our team will review the photos and confirm whether an incorrect item was sent by the supplier or during warehouse fulfillment.
Once verified, we’ll provide next steps — which may include a replacement, refund, or other resolution depending on availability.
Note: Because many of our sales involve limited inventory, replacements are not always guaranteed. In those cases, we’ll issue a refund once the incorrect item is returned or verified.
