All Touch of Modern purchases are considered Final Sale due to the nature of our limited-time, limited-quantity sales model.
Once an order is placed, we immediately secure your item(s) from our supplier, and for that reason, we’re unable to accept standard returns or cancellations.
However, we understand that exceptions may sometimes be necessary.
If you believe your order qualifies for review, please contact support@touchofmodern.com within 7 days of delivery and include:
Your order number
The reason for your return request
Photos of the item, if applicable
We’ll review your request on a case-by-case basis. Approved exceptions may result in a refund or store credit depending on the item, condition, and reason for return.
Examples of eligible exceptions:
Item arrived damaged or defective
Wrong item received
Item not as described
Please note that Final Sale items not meeting one of these conditions are typically not eligible for return or refund.
