You’ll receive an update to your existing support request notifying you that a return is not required.
Once notified, we’ll process your reimbursement and advise you to discard or donate the item.

Please note that the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund if the return is not due to an error or defect.
Additionally, a 15 % restocking fee may be incurred if the return is not due to a shipping error, damage, or product defect.
Note: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging unless otherwise instructed.
Any unauthorized or unsolicited returns may not be accepted or refunded.
