How our order fulfillment works

Touch of Modern operates on a unique model that allows us to offer limited-time sales on exceptional products.
Here’s what happens after you place an order:


  1. The sale closes.
    Each sale runs for a limited time—usually one week. When it ends, we place a single bulk purchase with our supplier or brand partner for all customer orders.





  2. The supplier prepares your order.
    Our partners either ship bulk inventory to our warehouse or ship your order directly to you, depending on the product type and shipping method shown on the product page.

  3. We receive and process inventory.
    If your order is routed through our warehouse, our fulfillment team unpacks, inspects, and repackages each item for individual shipment.

  4. Your order ships.
    Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Delivery times vary based on whether your item ships from a supplier or from our warehouse. You can also track the status of your order in the Order History section of your Account page. 


On the product page, throughout checkout, in your confirmation email, and next to the item(s) in your Order History, you’ll see the estimated ship window specific to each product. We work closely with our suppliers to meet these timeframes:
