You can check the status of your Touch of Modern order anytime from your account. For how to check the status of your Touch of Modern order on our mobile app, click here.
Here’s how:
Log in to your Touch of Modern account at www.touchofmodern.com.
Click your profile icon in the top-right corner and select Order History.

You’ll see a list of all orders, each showing its current status—such as Processing, Awaiting Pickup, or Shipped.

For shipped orders, click Track Package to see your tracking history, tracking number, carrier, and the latest tracking scan from the shipping partner.
If you checked out as a guest, you can reach out to support@touchofmodern.com for a status request on your order, referencing the order number after your order was successfully submitted at checkout. Learn how to confirm your order was processed and what our order numbers look like, here.
Once tracking is available or the order has been marked as Shipped, it may take 24–48 hours for the carrier’s system to show movement.
Tip: If you don’t see an update right away, your order may still be processing or waiting to be scanned by the carrier. Check back after one business day.
