Can I track my shipment directly with the carrier?

Yes!


Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link that takes you to the carrier’s website for real-time updates.


You can also find tracking details by:

  1. Logging into your Touch of Modern account.

  2. Clicking My AccountOrder History

  3. Selecting the Track Package button on the relevant order/item, which will redirect you to the carrier’s page.

Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment, depending on when the carrier scans your package into their system.



Note: If your order ships directly from a partner or international vendor, tracking updates may appear under a different carrier (e.g., DHL or local postal service once imported).
