What does each order email mean?

You’ll receive several emails throughout the lifecycle of your order.

Here’s what each one means:

  1. Order Confirmation
Sent immediately after checkout. This confirms your order was received and lists all items purchased, including their estimated ship windows.

  2. Processing or Fulfillment Update
Sent once the sale closes and we begin working with the supplier. This confirms your order is being prepared for shipment—either by the supplier or our warehouse.

  3. Shipping Confirmation
Sent as soon as your order ships. It includes your carrier, tracking number, and a link to follow the package’s progress.

  4. Delivery Confirmation
Sent when the carrier marks your order as delivered.
If you can’t locate your package, review the “My order was stolen or misdelivered” article under Claims for next steps.

You may also receive additional notifications if your order is delayed, split into multiple shipments, or shipped directly from a partner.

Tip: Each product’s estimated ship window is included in your confirmation email—so even if you haven’t received tracking yet, your order may still be processing within that window.
