Shipping times vary depending on whether your item ships from our warehouse or directly from the vendor.
Here’s what to expect:
Vendor-fulfilled items: These usually ship within the estimated timeframe shown on the product page and in your order confirmation email.
Warehouse-fulfilled items: Once the bulk shipment arrives at our facility, we inspect, re-pack, and send each order individually. You’ll receive a tracking email once your shipment leaves our warehouse.
Most U.S. deliveries arrive within 3–7 business days once shipped.
Deliveries to Canada can take longer due to customs processing and carrier routing.
If your order hasn’t shipped by the end of its estimated window, it may still be in production or awaiting shipment from our supplier. You’ll receive an update automatically once it moves into the next stage.
Tip: Each product page lists its estimated ship window before checkout, and that information is repeated in your order confirmation email.
