What shipping methods do you use?

Touch of Modern partners with trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

Depending on the product and vendor, your order may ship:

• From our warehouse — via UPS and DHL
  
  

• Directly from our partner or supplier — using the carrier of their choice, typically UPS, DHL, FedEx, or USPS.
  
  

Shipping methods are automatically determined by the supplier, destination, and item type. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accommodate requests for specific carriers or service types at checkout.

For oversized or specialty items, some orders may ship via freight or white-glove delivery services.

If that applies to your order, you’ll receive a scheduling email from the delivery partner once your item is ready to ship.

Note: Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time. Shipments containing alcohol will be fulfilled directly by our supplier, who may utilize carriers outside of the ones listed above.
