We aim to be as fair and transparent as possible when processing returns, but because our products are offered through limited-run sales, certain costs may apply when a return falls outside normal parameters.
Restocking fees for approved returns
If a return or reimbursement is approved for reasons other than damage, defect, or incorrect shipment, a 15 % restocking fee may apply.
This fee helps cover handling, inspection, and repackaging costs associated with restocking items that were originally Final Sale.
The exact amount will be confirmed before we finalize your refund or credit.
Unauthorized or unsolicited returns
If a product is sent back to our warehouse without prior authorization, it will be placed on hold.
We’ll reach out using the contact information on your order to confirm whether you’d like the item returned to you or processed as a restocked item.
If we receive no response within 7 days, the order may be restocked, and the corresponding 15 % restocking fee may be deducted from any potential refund.
If you request the item to be shipped back to you after we’ve received it, we’ll require your authorization to charge the reshipment cost to a valid payment method saved on your account before sending it.
Important: Please do not return items without prior approval. Unauthorized returns can delay resolution and may result in additional charges or forfeiture of reimbursement.
