If your item doesn’t match what was shown or described on Touch of Modern, we want to review that with you right away.


Please contact support@touchofmodern.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item received, showing the specific concern

  • A brief description of what seems inaccurate or not as expected

Our team will compare your photos and product details to the original listing to determine whether the item differs in material, design, function, or appearance.


Once verified, we’ll coordinate next steps — which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on availability and supplier confirmation.



Note: Many of our products are offered from independent or international vendors, and slight variations in finish, color tone, or packaging can occur. These differences are typically not considered defects but we’re happy to review any significant discrepancies.
