I can’t access my old account

If you no longer have access to the email address you originally used to sign up, our Support Team can help recover your account.


To request access:

  1. Contact support@touchofmodern.com with your full name, any order numbers you can provide, any shipping addresses you had orders sent to, and the old email address linked to your account.

  2. We’ll verify your identity and assist in reconnecting your existing order history to your current login email.

Once verified, we’ll update your contact email so you can resume using your original account.



Note: For security, we’re unable to transfer access to an account unless ownership can be confirmed through matching order or billing details.
