If you have multiple Touch of Modern accounts and would like to combine them, our Support Team can help.
Merging accounts ensures all of your order history, store credit, and membership details stay under one profile.
To request an account merge:
Email support@touchofmodern.com with the subject line “Account Merge Request.”
Include the email addresses for both accounts — and specify which one you’d like to keep active going forward.
Our team will verify ownership of both accounts before processing the merge.
Once confirmed, your secondary account will be closed, and all valid order and credit information will be transferred to the account you’ve chosen to keep.
You’ll receive a confirmation from our Support Team when the merge is complete.
Note: Only accounts belonging to the same individual can be merged.
If different names or billing information appear across the accounts, additional verification may be required.
