Refund to card: 5–10 business days (depending on your financial institution)
Store credit: Applied instantly once processed
Reimbursements after return delivery: Within 5–7 business days after the item is received and inspected
If you haven’t seen your refund appear after the expected timeframe, check:
Your original payment account for pending credits or adjustments
Your Touch of Modern account for any newly applied store credit
The support email thread for your case — our team will update you there once funds are released
If it’s been more than 10 business days and no update appears, reply to your open support case so we can re-verify the refund status.
