You can easily check the progress of a return or reimbursement by following these steps:
Locate your existing support request — all return updates are provided in the same email thread where your claim was approved.
Look for confirmation emails — you’ll receive messages at each stage: return label issued, package received, refund processed.
Check your account for credits — if your refund was issued as store credit, you can see your updated balance under Account Settings → Store Credit.
If you’ve already returned your item and haven’t received an update within 7 business days after tracking shows delivery, please reply to your existing support thread.
We’ll confirm receipt and provide an update right away.
