Please follow these guidelines to ensure smooth processing:
Package your item carefully.
Use the original packaging whenever possible. Items must arrive in the same condition they were received.Attach the provided return label.
Do not reuse tracking from your original shipment — this ensures your return is properly routed and tracked.Ship the item promptly.
Return labels typically expire within 7 days of issue. We recommend dropping off your package as soon as possible after receiving your RA.Track your return.
You can monitor the package’s progress using the tracking number provided in your RA email.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your refund or store credit according to the resolution confirmed in your approval message.
Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days of receipt.
Note: Unauthorized or late returns may be refused or subject to additional handling fees. Always use the label and timeframe provided.
