Store credit is a flexible, convenient way to receive reimbursement when a refund to your original payment method isn’t possible or when a credit option is preferred.
Here’s how it works:
Store credit is automatically added to your Touch of Modern account once issued.
You can view your balance anytime under My Account.
Store credits either have a set expiration, or never expires and can be applied toward eligible purchases at checkout. Be sure to review your account for the total and individual issuances of store credit on your account balance.
Important: Store credit cannot be used to pay for tax, shipping costs, duties, or alcohol purchases.
If you’d like store credit to be applied retroactively to a recent order, contact support@touchofmodern.com with your order number and we’ll review your request.
