What is Dropship?

Some products are labeled as Dropship, or Ships Direct from Partner.

These items are fulfilled and shipped directly by the vendor instead of through our warehouse.

Here’s what that means for you:

• The vendor handles packaging and shipment directly to your address.
  
  

• Your tracking information will be sent automatically once the item leaves their facility.
  
  

• Delivery timeframes are based on the window shown on the product page, which includes the vendor’s preparation time.
  
  

You may receive multiple shipments if your order includes both warehouse-fulfilled and direct-from-partner items.

Tip: Since these items don’t pass through our warehouse, they may arrive in branded packaging from the supplier.
