We can review quantity changes only while the sale for that item is still active. Once the sale ends and we submit the group purchase to our supplier, the order cannot be modified.
If you’d like to change the quantity of an item you’ve ordered:
Contact support@touchofmodern.com right away with your order number and the quantity adjustment for the item(s) you’d like to be reduced.
If inventory is still available, we’ll confirm whether we can increase or decrease the quantity as a one-time exception.
If the sale has already ended or your order has entered fulfillment, we won’t be able to make adjustments. You can, however, place a new order if the item is still available during the sale window.
Tip: Requests for quantity changes are time-sensitive—reaching out while the sale is live gives us the best chance to help.
