Once your order has shipped, a shipping confirmation email with the tracking link(s) will be forwarded to the email associated with your Touch of Modern store account. For customers who purchased as a guest, since no email information is required at the time of purchase, you will need to contact us at support@touchofmodern.com so that we may assist you with providing the status of your order(s).
While logged into your account on our website or the app, reviewing orders in the Order History section of the My Account dashboard will also display 'Track package' button for the tracking information on the respective item(s) in your order(s).
